Where can I download the BPI app?
Use the Google Play Store on Android or the App Store on iOS. On some devices, Huawei AppGallery may also be available as an official source.
Do I need a BPI account?
To log in and transact, you need active BPI online banking credentials. After sign‑in, you can manage accounts, send transfers, and pay bills within the app.
Why is activation harder on a new phone?
For security, BPI may require device registration and Mobile Key activation when you switch devices. Keep your old phone available when possible and follow the in‑app prompts.
Everyday Account Access
Transfer funds and pay bills from within the app. Follow any security prompts to confirm sensitive actions.
Use QR payments when available to complete transactions without cash. Keep Mobile Key ready for approvals when required.
